Smuggler's Notch Straight BourbonThis Straight Bourbon Whiskey is formulated through purposefully sourcing the finest distillate, careful aging and exacting blending of the distinctive flavors of corn, rye, and malted barley. For a whiskey to call itself bourbon, its mash, the mixture of grains from which the product is distilled, must contain at least 51% corn. (The rest of our mash is filled out with malted barley and rye.) The mash is distilled at 160 proof or less, and then aged
