All Constellations were chronometers and feature an engraving on the caseback with an observatory and 8 stars signifying the 8 awards Omega won prior. Gerald Genta designed the 1st pie pan ones, as well as this 3rd case variant dubbed C for the case sides resembling two mirrored Cs.
