This cultivar will grow to be 12 15 ft tall over time, and quite wide as well. Most useful as a screening plant due to its fast growing nature. Also known as 'Halopeanum', it is one of the first named hybrids and is a cross between R. griffithianum and R. maximum, an Asian species and a North American species.
