R. 'Bow Bells'Originating from England in the 1930's, this plant is so good that it is still in production today. It is popular because it will make a perfect mound of light pink flowers that contrast with the deep pink buds. A R. williamsianum hybrid, the leaves are 'heart' shaped that come out a copper color, then fade to bright apple green. A great rock garden plant as it stays compact and rounded throughout its life. Hardy to 5 deg F. Blooms in April.
