Today, the Rotys control about 15 hectares of vines, and current winemaker Pierre Jean Roty represents the 11th generation. The estate style is rich, powerful and sensual. The wines are matured in oak, normally not older than 2 year old barrels from some of the oldest vines in the whole Cte dOr (over 100 years old). Griottes is aged in 100% new oak for 15 16 months, bottled unfined
