Features a domed cover with heart shaped terminal to the handle and scroll thumb piece. Later chased with foliate and scroll detail. Condition is very good with age appropriate surface wear. Traces of solder to the underside of the base. The tankard was probably converted to a jug, before being converted back again to a tankard. This is not immediately obvious but a later hallmark can be seen within the
