Black Pearl RedbudA standout from other purple leaved redbuds with an exceptionally deep purple coloration, almost to the point that leaves appear black. Purple flowers cover stems and branches before leaves emerge in spring. In fall, leaves turn brilliant yellow before dropping for winter. While it's leaves are not as dark as 'Black Pearl, be sure to see our awesome 'Forest Pansy' planted under the shade arbor in the garden. It was planted in 2001.
