Azimut Cava Brut Nature RosatoThe Azimut Rosato is produced from Monastell and Garnacha. Using the traditional method, the same as that used in the production of Champagne, the wine was given a short period of time on the skins to draw out a delicate strawberry salmon hue. The palate is dominated by vibrant red fruit notes and crunchy minerality. Given that this wine received no dosage of sugar, the finish is bone dry.
