Llewelyn, Second Grace NVMendocino, California Ros 50% Gewurztraminer from Anderson Valley + 50% Nebbiolo from Sumu Kaw in El Dorado. The Gewurztraminer is from 2024 vintage and spent about a month macerating on some of the skins before press and seeing 1 year in barrel. The Nebbiolo fermented as part whole cluster, part destemmed before being blending with the Gewurz, followed by a few months of rest before bottling. Limited to 1 bottle.
